1. Return Policy
•    Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
•    Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
•    Items that are used, damaged, scratched, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
•    In the event of a faulty or defective product, we will arrange pickup and verify the issue with our supplier or manufacturer. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
•    Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned item and confirmation that it meets the return criteria.

2. Cancellation Policy
•    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases.
•    Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order is processed or shipped.
•    Cancellation requests after the order has been shipped will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply, depending on the product and shipping status. 
•    For orders already in transit, cancellation requests will be subject to GoDukkan.com's discretion, and a cancellation fee may apply based on the product type, value, and shipping status.
For International Orders:
•    If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount will apply. 
•    GoDukkan.com reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for international orders that are already in transit. Any accepted cancellations after shipment will incur the applicable fee.

3. Refund Method
•    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer).
•    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the customer provides their bank details.
•    Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days after return verification and approval.
•    Any applicable bank charges or gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.

4. Additional Terms
•    GoDukkan.com reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if the product does not meet the stated return conditions or if the request is deemed invalid.
•    Some items such as custom orders, software, and personal care products may not be eligible for return.
•    Warranty or guarantee on items may vary depending on the supplier or manufacturer. Please read the warranty details listed on the product page before purchase.
•    GoDukkan.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or potential fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
